Position: Archery Academy Director ( Mesa Location)
Timber Mesa Outdoors is seeking an Archery Academy Director for our Mesa location. This is a full time position. This position will require an individual with a love for archery. We are looking for a self-motivated person with an outgoing personality. This individual must be able to
Responsibilities:
Supervise, conduct and schedule private lessons
Plan and oversee group events (Corporate, birthday parties etc.)
Help customers with equipment decisions based on a knowledgeable understanding of different archery disciplines
Work with local schools and youth organizations in promoting the sport of archery
Planning and overseeing archery leagues and events
Work closely with Timber Mesa coaches to function an organized and detailed coaching curriculum
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Must have a passion for archery and desire to pass that passion to others
Strong work ethic, self-motivating and able to work independently and as a team
Positive, outgoing personality with a priority on customer service
Detailed oriented
Have basic understanding of both compound and recurve bows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be a USA Archery level 2 coach or higher ( must be able to obtain upon hiring)
Schedule:
Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 10am and 7pm Monday-Friday and Saturday 8am- 4pm
